1st wk ended

finally..its friday today...this wk is indeed a hard wk for me...rushing here and there...insonmia..loss of appetite...haix...a lot of things la...but luckily now...everything is already quite settled le...finally can relax a little...thanx to all e ppl who tagged...i am fine now...jux a little sad maybe...but i will get through it de...it was quite sudden tt my grandfather pass away...thinking of it i wanna cry...hmmm...cos got a lot of reasons la...but...i wont elaborate here le...everything is over now...

aniwae...this wk is e first wk of prcp...i am highly stress in this ward...cardio and cardio thoracic...jux imagine e amt of reading i hav to do...so having sleepless nights and no appetite at all...haix...tues we already started shift...afternoon shift...really stressed cos i was so lost...dunno what to write for report...etc...haix...wed thurs still ok...cos is training days...then today back to ward afternoon shift again...took 3 cases today...haix...other students in other wards like havent start shift or take cases yet lor...haix...so sadded...we are already starting...good in a way also la...learn faster...today slightly better...at least noe what to do le...but i was quite 'lucky'...cos one of my newly admitted patient's condition turn worse...so had to transfer to ccu...omg...e staff nurse also said i so 'lucky' to meet with this...after all i am new..very new...so in e end e staff nurse did most of e things la...haha....i dunno what to do mostly ma...so jux prepare o2 all tt..so i went home 9pm today instead of 8pm...tired day...somemore i didnt take any break...so is from 1230 to 2100 le...went home tired and hungry (yeah...at least i can still feel hunger)...

aniwae...off 3 days...haix...cos next wk starting wkend shift also...i better make full good use of my off to read up more...so many things to read up man...i hope i can survive e 3 months...plus i havent work with my preceptor b4 up till now...haix...scared scared.....aniwae tmr mux go co prac...this whole wk did not go due to attachment la...or mux go funeral la...i am lagging really behind during prac...cant catch up lor...and i hav no time to go back prac at all...double stress for me...plus e attachment shift all not out yet...dunno if i can perform for esplanade now....how to take leave from sister??...lol...i am still student...not staff yet...haix...a lot of prob now...sianx...tmr go prac then c how ba...

aniwae...is time for a good night sleep now...pls let me sleep uninterrupted...thanx...nitex...
