2nd day
2nd day: guided one day tour...gathered at hotel lobby at 8am...not very early la...and i had a bad breakfast at e hotel...hotel breakfast are normally quite delicious to me...but not this time round...so end up i ate plain bread...sian-ed...

Next stop is to martyr's shrine...忠烈祠...as suggested by e name..is a place to 供奉历年忠勇牺牲的烈士...and also those doctors and nurses who are sacrificed during SARS....(this is really cool to me...)
and of cos...e most impt thing to mention is e changing of guards' duty here...they have a hourly changing ceremony...guards on duty will have to stand there for an hour...strictly no moving or what...imagine when heavy rain or bright sun...cool man...wont get to see this in spore ba...and their marching really cool too...
after tt...think we went to some place to buy some 台湾特产...like 凤梨酥...and also went to 毛公主之家...one of e 原住民 of taiwan...details i wont go into here la...but mostly they are trying to sell us 灵芝 etc...which is damm ex la...aniwae...next stop we went to 九份...a very nice place...we also bought some food there like 太阳饼...ate lunch there too...鲁肉饭，醉鸡，鱼丸汤...very nice...haha...and e chicken is icy cold de...first time try but very nice...walk around at e 九份老街there....a lot of 臭豆腐 lor...cant stand e smell...also ate e famous desert there...芋园...
after this..went downhill again...a 50 mins bus ride...slept all e way...lol...next stop is national palace museum 故宫博物馆...supposedly my fave place of e day...dunno why had an interest in old old antiques...somemore from e palace...nice place...but pics of only e outside of e museum...no pics are allowed in e museum...aniwae...tt day a lot of ppl there lor...want to see slowly also difficult...kept on getting push by other rude tourists...irritated...
next...went for hotspring...泡温泉...got a strong sulphur smell la...in e end only i went inside e spring...haha...my mum and sis dun wanna try...good thing i tried...is so warm and nice...cos is a cold day of 14 degree only...haha...
Last stop of e day is 士林夜市...had a big quarrel with my mum...cos i wanna stay there longer...but she dun wan...she wan to go back with e tour bus...lol...in e end...i lose la...cos i end i tink i am in e wrong too..cos is saturday night...really a lot of ppl there...q for food also must wait long long...sian-ed...so in e end only ate some things then go back with e bus le...
ok...tt's e end of my 2nd day at taipei...shall post other days tonight or tmr ba...haha...
