Yeah! After 9.5hours of struggling, finally managed to get hold of 2 pathetic tickets for 1/1/2012 session of mayday's now here concert. The CMI system started hanging at 1130, before the ticket started sales at 12noon. So needless to say, it continued to hand throughout the whole day. Sad thing for me, I saw tickets slowly being bought away, but I just cannot successfully purchase it. Until like 2111, then I managed to get the 2880 tickets. Not the expected 3280, not the first few rows, but better than nothing. And view should be ok since it is at the centre of taipei's arena.
Amazed by my friend who managed to get tix faster than me although she went for test in between. That is the difference between a person with luck and a person with suayness. I really underestimated my suayness. Well, I sorta predicted it since my last tw concert was bought my sis, around 8.5hours also. But luckily, my suayness decided to leave me for a moment, and hence managed to get the last 2 together 2880 seats. I guess tix will be sold out real soon. Actually wanted to settle and wait for those back seats to be released, the 'cute animals' section. It is a 4-sided stage btw. But nvr mind la, just make do with this first. Sorta weird to look at buttocks throughout also, flying to tw to look at back view??
So going for 4 sessions for 29th to 1st. No rock zone seats sadly, cos we aren't fast enough to get those tix. But am happy that we have 31/12/2011 seats. Quite a meaningful day ya. Actually I was quite apprehensive regarding the 31st session, cos I am a bit swayed by the idea to watch 101 fireworks, since already there le ma. But true la, thinking about the huge crowd, real huge crowd, and the coldness of dec, countdown-ing at taipei's arena with mayday seems a better choice. And this session starts at 2130, so cool ah. Dunno what time it will end.
Ok, I can really go on and on forever. SO excited. Next step is to book air tickets, and hotel. Hotel is a big headache, cos mostly are fully booked especially on 31st. Maybe we really need to sleep on the streets. lol. Anyway, shouldn't be a prob, maybe just need to book those more atas hotel lo, cos those cheap ones really got full. Worry about this later. The most crucial and difficult tickets part already settled.
I seem to be forgetting one thing. Exams are coming!!! First paper next saturday, and I haven't start mugging yet. Oops, too preoccupied with this snatching tix thinggi. Anyway, with an attractive goal ahead, studying seems not so tough already. Qi-dai-ing for the concert and tw trip. Good food. Can buy more books and masks back!
SO now the question is, when will Singapore's session start selling??? Hopefully not too soon, better be in dec so I can go queue and buy. I must must must get rock zone for SG's session.
